TRU Brothers BBQ, LLC is a one-of-a-kind culinary establishment with a menu inspired by the idea of simple and honest cooking. Starting in 2019, we developed a unique dining experience for all of our guests using fresh and sustainable ingredients—taking you on a culinary journey like no other.

 Everything here is “slow and low,” following the traditions of the craft while incorporating the Baltimore brand of food. From our Texas inspired brisket to our Memphis inspired pork ribs, our goal is to give our customers an experience of different BBQ styles. 

Our founder is a self-trained pitmaster who spent the majority of his life in restaurants and catering companies.  He has taken his experience in commercial kitchens and his love for preparing great meals to create an atmosphere for great BBQ.
